Will medical insurance pay for any of my scooter?
If you have an extended medical plan such as Blue Cross, Sun Life, Maritime Life, or Manulife they may cover up to 80% (and in some cases 100%) of the cost of your scooter. However, standard provincial health plans do not cover any costs. Click here to contact us for more information.
What if I don’t have extended medical?
No problem! We also offer several payment plans. The most important thing is that you gain the freedom of a scooter. In most cases we can find an affordable way for you to get the scooter you deserve.
What models do you stock?
Where is the product section on your web site? We stock and sell scooters from several quality manufacturers. However, we do not feature products on our web site because it is important that you select an appropriate model that will truly meet your personal needs. That’s why a qualified, trained Mobility Product Specialist will work with you to first determine your needs before presenting all your product options.
What if I want to return or exchange my scooter?
No problem! We have an Exchange Policy so you can be sure you’ll get the right scooter even if it takes a little trial to discover which one that’s best. However, we do not except returns.
Are there any hidden charges?
NEVER. We are proud to offer UPFRONT PRICING. Many dealers advertise prices that do not include batteries, chargers, and safety flags, so they will give the impression of having a lower price. The price we quote includes everything, including ongoing support. Plus there’s no tax!
What if I need warranty/service work?
No problem! We can handle all aspects of service maintenance from the convenience of our Sidney location. As well, the warranty is covered DIRECTLY by the manufacturer and through their network of authorized service centers nationwide, just as if you purchased it locally, you can be looked after no matter where you are.
